Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and expense control.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
- Ensure excellent guest experiences, promptly addressing feedback and maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and local laws.
- Handle property maintenance and cleanliness standards to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a General Manager or in hotel operations management, preferably with Marriott Brand.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise with property management systems (PMS)
- Expertise with room inventory management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of San Diego's market and hospitality trends.
